Our team of veterinary professionals is devoted to you and your pets! We take care of dogs and cats in Middletown, NY and the surrounding communities.

Hospital Manager Jessica with a Dog Jessica knew from a very young age that she wanted to work with animals. As a child, she was involved in several 4-H programs and helped to get an equine program started for the horseback riding club she was involved in. She began working at Middletown Veterinary Hospital as an assistant in the spring of 1998 while attending Minisink Valley School.

Upon graduation in 1999, Jessica left for SUNY Delhi College of Technology to obtain her degree as a Veterinary Technician. She returned to Middletown Veterinary Hospital in 2001 as a licensed technician and became our Hospital Manager in 2012.

Jessica and her husband John share their home with their son Gabriel, four cats, Jade, Jenna, Jeice, and Skitty, and two dogs, Broly and Piccolo.

Veterinary Technician Jen with Dog Lola RoseJennifer has an associate's degree in Veterinary Science from SUNY Delhi and is also licensed as a veterinary technician through NYS. She has been employed at our hospital since 1995, first as an assistant and now as a veterinary technician. Jen lives in Middletown with her husband, two children, dog Dexter, and cat Tucker.


vet-tect-alysha-hedding-lvt-guinea-pigsAlysha is a licensed veterinary technician from Chester, NY. She graduated from SUNY Brockport in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in biology, and a minor in chemistry. She received her associate’s degree in applied science from SUNY Delhi in 2016.

Alysha has also worked as a Kennel Attendant at Amberglo Goldens. She has a few pets of her own, including five cats, two guinea pigs, a Golden Retriever named Mouse, and a sugar glider. When she isn’t spending time with animals, she enjoys puzzles, coloring books, and collecting coins.

Veterinary Technician Crystal with CatCrystal started working at Middletown Veterinary Hospital in 2014. She knew from a young age that she wanted to work in veterinary medicine. Her first job was a kennel assistant in a large hospital in Albany. After graduating high school in 2009, she went to SUNY Delhi to pursue her dream of becoming a Veterinary Technician. In 2013 she graduated with two associates degrees in Veterinary Technology and Accounting.

When she is not working with your pet here at MVH, she can be found at home playing video games, listening to music, and cross stitching. She lives in Sparrowbush with her husband Brenton and their two cats, Shadow and Snickers.

Phylicia Phylicia grew up in Middletown, NY. She attended Middletown High School and SUNY Delhi for Veterinary Science. She enjoys volunteering at our local humane society and pet grooming. When she's not helping animals, Phylicia likes to read, draw and paint. She has a golden border collie mix named Rilee, a lab basenji mix named Teresa, and two cats named Noelle and Nebula.

Nicole Beck, Client Care Specialist at Middletown Veterinary HospitalNicole has been working at Middletown Veterinary Hospital since 2008. Nicole’s love of animals and ability to assist clients led her to our hospital. She manages our reception and is committed to making sure our clients and patients get the very best veterinary services possible.

Nicole also does our night checks for patients that stay overnight with us. She enjoys spending time with them and, occasionally, she and her daughter will read bedtime stories to them in hopes of comforting them while they are away from their families.

In her spare time, Nicole pet sits and likes to help stray animals find their furever home. She lives in Middletown with her family, 2 dogs Harley and Riley, and 3 cats Pumpkin, Kiki, and Lucy Goose.

pca-cassandra-rivera-doBorn in the Bronx, Cassandra moved to Middletown in 2007 and graduated from Pine Bush High School in 2015. Her favorite part of working at Middletown Veterinary Hospital is getting to see all the different animals and being able to help them. At home she has a beagle/dachshund mix named Missy and a hamster named Butterscotch. She enjoys drawing and listening to music in her spare time.
